Free Initial telephone consultation

This is the first step. During the initial consultation we will discuss what has brought you to counselling and what changes you are hoping to make. Just as importantly, this session gives you the opportunity to see how it feels to work with me and whether counselling feels right for you. There’s no obligation – you might need more time to consider whether it’s right for you, or just may not feel ready to go ahead with counselling yet, that’s fine.

Working together

Together we will agree regular sessions, where we can begin looking at the best way forward for you.

There is no fixed number of sessions – some clients only need a few counselling sessions to achieve their goals. However, some issues can be more complex and may take several months to resolve. All decisions are made jointly and will be based on your specific needs and circumstances, as well as on what will be effective therapeutically.

Sessions are normally weekly, but fortnightly or monthly counselling might be more appropriate for a range of different reasons. This can be discussed and agreed, to ensure that your therapy exactly suits you as an individual/couple.

60-minute counselling session: £60

I understand that life sometimes disrupts plans, therefore you may cancel your session 24 hours in advance and rearrange your booking for another date. Appointments cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to payment.
